So my husband has been out of town for the last couple of nights and last night after I put the kids to bed I decided it was time for me to relax and do my own thing. I love watching scary movies and since my husband is not a big fan, I rarely get to watch them. So last night, I figured my husband was gone so it was the perfect opportunity to catch up on some scary. So I decided to watch this
Usually movies dont scare me but about half way thru the movie I looked around, realized it was pitch black in the room and I was all alone (or was I). I was terrified. I quickly hit the pause button and ran to turn on all the lights. I went upstairs to check on my sleeping children and then decided I felt better so I finished the movie. After that, it was bedtime. I got ready for bed and turned off the lights and crawled in between the sheets... It hit me then how stupid I was. I watched a really creepy movie about people being abducted from there beds in the middle of the night. And here I was, all alone in my bed in the middle of the night. Guess who watched a couple hours of The Office and then proceded to sleep with her closet light on? Ya, me. I will never do that again!

Calling all Caramel recipies...
So I made Caramel's today. I made two batches. The first batch I am guessing that I overcooked (burnt) because it is now ROCK HARD and completely stuck to my 8x8 glass pan. I am not sure how I am gonna get that to come off. We will see.
My second batch taste delicious, only its a little runny...like, a lot runny. Like, sweetened condensed milk runny.
Anyone have any good Caramel recipies they could send my way? I would much appreciate it.

Happy New Year. You know how you usually count down from 10 and then when the clock changes to 12:00 you celebrate? This year we forgot... At 12:08 I remembered it was the New Year. I told Rydel Happy New Year, he said the same to me and then we kept watching House. We are party animals.
